Let's get real for a minute. We all know how annoying it is when someone tries to force a religion on you. It's not just about disagreeing with the stories; it's about having your time and brainpower sucked away by something you didn't choose.
I get it. I hate anything that feels like it's stealing my time. If it actually made my life better, like, if I was suddenly rich or super happy, maybe I'd understand. But let's be honest, most religions promise a better life but don't really deliver. You feel good inside, maybe, but your day-to-day is pretty much the same.
I'm not saying religious texts don't have good ideas. I think they do! But reading them isn't the same as living them. My idea, "The Bond," is about taking those good ideas and actually using them. Forget arguing about who created the universe; let's focus on loving and helping each other. Everyone's welcome, no matter what they believe. If you let different beliefs stop you from being kind, though, you're missing out on real happiness. Right now, religion takes a lot of your time for not much payoff.
Now, here's where politics comes in.
You're basically "worshipping" politics too, giving it tons of attention and time. The only difference is, sometimes politics really does matter, especially when things are messed up.
But in a perfect world, politics should just work. Policies should always be improving, no matter who's in charge. You shouldn't have to care about voting to get the benefits.
Ever wonder why half the people don't vote? A lot of us just don't want to waste our brains and time on something we can get the same stuff from by ignoring. We think the system's working fine.
Some of us know it's broken, though. We see how unfair the courts are, how politicians take money from big companies instead of helping us. Why waste time worrying about something that can hurt you no matter what you know?
Basically, politics has become a religion we didn't choose.
How many of you are tired of hearing about the president or Elon Musk every day? You probably have better things to do!
Right now, you kind of have to care, because things are messed up. But in the big picture, people who ignore politics have the right idea.
Religion and politics should make our lives better, every day. If they were really worth our time, we wouldn't have to give them so much attention.
Here's my pitch: I want to build a system that frees you.
I don't want you to worship me or my systems. I just want you to get the benefits. Imagine a place where you get free rooms, food, education, healthcare, travel, and job opportunities, all from your phone. No more worrying about money.
We could build a place that stops wars and injustice. People who try to take advantage will know they'll be stopped.
